Inspire Extrude is a virtual press where users can visualize material flow and temperature inside a die during extrusion and make necessary changes to ensure balanced flow, while identifying and eliminating product defects.

Altair Inspire Extrude Metal allows for simulations to be performed quickly and accurately without the inconvenience of complicated tools and interfaces.

• You can define the bearing length with dimensions by clicking on the bearing icon and by selecting the starting surface.
• Once the model setup is completed, save the model to a folder that contains no previous results within it. Next, click on the analysis icon to set process parameters.
• After the simulation is finished, you can move onto post-processing the outcome.
