The Form Pilot form-filler can receive any document from any application using its printing function. So, to get the form you want to fill out, open it in the appropriate application. For example, open an a.doc file in Microsoft Word, should open a.pdf file in Adobe Reader, and so on.

It allows you to create fillable forms – documents with fields that can fill in Filler Pilot, a free program from Two Pilots. In Form Pilot Office, an internal database stores the information in the document when you receive the filled forms back.
